I think for fair process of interviewing, companies do not like having pictures of people they are interviewing.You could present your case in person when you are called for the interview but I personally feel picture is not a good idea though your reasoning sounds convincing.hope this helps!all the best for your job search 4 years ago 1 person rated this as good I understand discrimination laws but read in a recently published book that these may be the resumes of the future. I was just wondering about whether i should test it out. At first i did not agree with pictures but then i started to think that the schools don't always follow rules anyways! TY
